In some infertility cases, the mother had an old physical trauma which she never disarmed out of, neurologically. The body is receiving less neural supply to the hormonal system as it is not the priority survival system. Egg counts and sperm counts may show normal, but the body knows that it is stuck in defense and is in a weakened state, unfit to safely produce a child. You must reset the defense system first before the body will return energy back to the hormonal system.
